Kainat Suchdev

Kainat Suchdev joined the firm a year and a half ago and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Starting her training with a seat in Immigration, Kainat has now moved across to Family Law, where she continues to build her experience, develop her skills and grow in confidence.

Kainat is not one to simply accept that something is done a certain way because ‘that’s how it’s always been done’ She has the confidence to question, the curiosity to ask why and, importantly, the initiative to think beyond the question itself. At the firm, she is encouraged not only to raise questions but to put forward solutions – a mindset that reflects her growing confidence as a future solicitor.

Always looking for ways to develop herself, Kainat is rarely standing still. You’ll often find her researching new ways to grow professionally, completing an online course or enrolling herself onto a seminar. Her enthusiasm for learning is matched by her determination to make the most of every opportunity that comes her way.

Outside of work, Kainat has an adventurous spirit and is always up for a good time. She enjoys getting out for a walk – although there is one important thing to know: Kainat walks first, so you’ll need to keep up or risk being left behind!

Her favourite pastime, however, is going to concerts. Kainat loves nothing more than getting caught up in the atmosphere, singing along and enjoying live music – even if it does mean she’s frequently trying to recover her voice the following day!
