Her wealth of experience and understanding of the law brings depth and perspective to the team, while her determination to continue developing professionally reflects her commitment to her career.

Saira has been part of the firm’s journey from the very beginning. Having joined Maliha in the early days, she has had a front row seat to the firm’s growth and development and has watched it go from strength to strength. Her loyalty, experience and understanding of how far the firm has come make her a valued and trusted member of the team.

Saira brings an unwavering confidence to everything she does and is never one to shy away from a challenge. Whether faced with something new or a particularly demanding task, she approaches it head-on and is always ready to rise to the occasion. She brings a quiet determination and belief in her own ability that makes her someone the team can rely on.

Outside of work, Saira is never far from the driver’s seat and is often the first to nominate herself for a road trip! She has been known to make a day of it, travelling from London to Birmingham, on to Manchester and back to London, all in a day. Clearly, no journey is too far when Saira is behind the wheel.

Then there’s the handbag. Saira appears to possess a magic handbag with an answer to almost every problem. Whatever you need, there’s a very good chance Saira can pull it out of her bag – quite literally!

When she’s not driving around the country or rescuing the team with something from her seemingly bottomless handbag, Saira enjoys cooking and is often the person responsible for keeping the team well fed. Breakfasts and lunches prepared by Saira have become a much-appreciated perk of being part of the team!
