M Allaf Khan

Allaf is a CILEX apprentice and compliance assistant at MKK Solicitors, working across both our Family and Immigration departments. He is still early in his legal career, but he has quickly become a dependable part of the team and approaches every matter with care and enthusiasm.

Allaf moves comfortably between two very different areas of law. He supports clients through sensitive family matters and handles the details of immigration applications, always with a calm, approachable manner. Clients quickly feel at ease with him, and colleagues know his work will be thorough.

The biggest step in Allaf’s career so far is his CILEX apprenticeship. He is working towards qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive, balancing his studies alongside a busy caseload. It takes real discipline to manage both, and he does it with a steady determination that has not gone unnoticed. His sights are set on a fee-earning role, and we have every confidence he will get there.

Allaf is keen to learn and always willing to take on something new. He treats each file as a chance to build his knowledge, and he brings the same curiosity to his studies. The firm is lucky to have someone so invested in his own development, and in the clients he helps along the way.

Outside of work, Allaf is creative at heart. He spends his free time on art and photography, and he is a keen film enthusiast. His taste runs from Hollywood blockbusters to independent cinema, so he is always the one with a recommendation when the team needs something to watch. He has a keen eye for detail, which serves him well in both his creative pursuits and his legal work.
