About The Event
On 17 June 2026, MKK Solicitors attended the annual West London Regeneration & Skills Conference at the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock. This year’s conference placed a strong focus on skills alongside regeneration, bringing together developers, councils, and business leaders including representatives from Hounslow Council, Heathrow, Ballymore, Cyrus One, and Hadley Group for an afternoon of presentations and discussion.
The evening programme featured keynote addresses from John Bason, Finance Director of Associated British Foods and a key figure in FareShare and Business in the Community, alongside Liz Barclay, journalist, broadcaster, and former Small Business Commissioner (2021–2025). The conference also included a presentation on the West London Orbital rail project, followed by a drinks reception and networking dinner – reinforcing the event’s role as a key gathering for professionals shaping the future of West London.
